2/3 TSP GARLIC POWDER
2/3 TSP FENNEL SEED
1 TSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1/4 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
1/2 TSP OREGANO
1/2 TSP SAGE
1/2 TSP BASIL
1/2 TSP THYME
1 POUND LEAN GROUND PORK
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER EXCEPT FOR THE PORK UNTIL THEY ARE THROUGHLY AND UNIFORMLY MIXED.
BLEND THE PORK WITH THE SEASONING MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED. REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT IN A COVERED CONTAINER TO BLEND FLAVORS,
CAN BE FROZEN.
