1/4 CUP LIME JUICE
1/3 CUP WATER
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 TBSP VINEGAR
1/2 TSP LIQUID SMOKE
2 TSP SOY SAUCE
1 TSP SEA SALT
1/2 TSP CHILI POWDER
1/2 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
1/4 BLACK PEPPER
DASH ONION POWDER
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL PUT INTO A ZIP LOCK AND ADD THE MEAT. MARINATE IN THE REFRIGERATOR
F OR 12 TO 24 HOURS TURNING OCCASIONALLY.
