1 POUND GROUND BEEF
3/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 (18 OUNCE) BOTTLE BBQ SAUCE
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 CUP BIQUICK
1/2 CUP MILK
1 EGG
HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. COOK MEAT AND 1/2 CUP ONION UNTIL MEAT IS BROWNED. DRAIN, STIR IN BBQ SAUCE, AND SPOON INTO A 13x9x3 BAKING PAN. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE. STIR TOGETHER THE BISQUICK, MILK, AND EGG UNTIL BLENDED. POUR OVER THE MEAT MIXTURE. SPRINKLE WITH THE REMAINING ONION. BAKE UNTIL THE TOP IS BROWNED, ABOUT 18 TO 25 MINUTES.
